Enemy Identification

It’s easy to get worked up about what’s going on around us. Somehow we think we should be in control but we’re not. We try to get people to do what we want, all the while getting more ruffled. Here’s the problem. Much of the time we are largely to blame. Employees drive us crazy but we fail to lead well. Children act up but we parent poorly. Subcontractors under perform while we fail to communicate.
As I sit here watching my daughters soccer game a father from the other team (shown above with identity concealed to protect the obnoxious) is foaming at the mouth and yelling ceaselessly at his daughter because in his opinion she’s not paying attention to the game! Hello?!
