I’ve heard the term “herd­ing cats” before but this com­mer­cial is the best depic­tion ever. Is this how it feels to col­lab­o­rate? It doesn’t have to. But if the foun­da­tion isn’t laid early this is how will it end up. The foun­da­tion is made of equal parts align­ment and risk. Align­ment around val­ues and risk around trust­ing the process when you can’t con­trol the out­comes. Have you laid the foundation?
