We mea­sure suc­cess in one sim­ple way: By the amount we have improved our client’s con­di­tion. Fees are always based on the value we can cre­ate for the client, and never upon time or other inputs. Clients should feel free to com­mu­ni­cate with­out worry about a meter run­ning. This is a unique fea­ture of our con­sult­ing prac­tice. Within the objec­tives and para­me­ters described above, we will com­mit as much time as nec­es­sary to ful­fill the objec­tives and meet the time frames. In this man­ner, you know your com­plete invest­ment from the outset.
