John Felkins is the owner of Accel­er­ant Con­sult­ing Group Inc., a firm spe­cial­iz­ing in help­ing orga­ni­za­tions dra­mat­i­cally improve.  John has man­aged numer­ous mul­ti­mil­lion dol­lar projects , and assists clients to quickly reach their objec­tives in a broad range of areas, includ­ing lead­er­ship, com­mu­ni­ca­tion, process improve­ment, change lead­er­ship and orga­ni­za­tional development.

John has been a sought after speaker at sev­eral indus­try meet­ings and con­fer­ences, and has writ­ten arti­cles on a wide vari­ety of top­ics address­ing the chal­lenges that suc­cess­ful orga­ni­za­tions have over­come. He has also served as a speaker and panel judge in the pres­ti­gious Zweig White Best Firm competition.

John is a proud mem­ber of sev­eral world-class asso­ci­a­tions, includ­ing the Insti­tute of Man­age­ment Con­sul­tants, the Amer­i­can Soci­ety of Civil Engi­neers, the National Soci­ety of Pro­fes­sional Engi­neers and the Utech Con­sult­ing Col­lec­tive. John has been awarded the Cer­tifi­cate of Process Mas­tery and has com­pleted Dave Ramsey’s intense Entre­lead­er­ship train­ing program.

John is admit­tedly a right brain thinker that still flour­ished in engi­neer­ing school and is very proud that he suc­cess­fully com­pleted an Iron­man triathlon with­out the aid of a Jet Ski or motor­cy­cle! Whew!
